I’ve often listed a multitude of signs, aspects and indicators.

Telling people how to recognize narcissistic abuse and relationships.

However, there’s one sure sign that really doesn’t call for anymore signs.

THE RED THREAD.

The red thread of a narcissistic relationship.

It’s very recognizable.

It also leaves no room for doubt.

If you’re living through what I’m about to describe, you can very safely assume that you’re suffering at the hands of a narcissist.

THE ONE SURE SIGN IS,

You trying to get this person that you're in a relationship with, to treat you like they did when you first met them.

If anything, that's a sign you need to be wary of.

If you're in a relationship with someone, and you've been trying to get this person to love you again like they once did, for the biggest part of the relationship,

You're fucked.
